RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for your purchase. We are sorry our product didn't work out for you and will happy to accept returned items up to 14 days after you have received them. Please read further for our return policy guidelines.

• All merchandise items must be new, unworn/unused, and sent back in it's original packaging.

• Discounted merchandise cannot be returned ( i.e- items within a flash sale, final sale, or clearance).

• Due to hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned unless deemed defective. 

• International orders cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. If an item is still in stock on our website, we advise you to place a new order for that item, while sending in your return item separately. 

 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN:

• Please email us at info@theheartstruck.com Include your order number and reason for return within the email.

• Our customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours.

• Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.
